We are looking for a payroll specialist to join the finance team and take an important role in the payroll processes in Israel.

Thy payroll specialist will be a focal point for our Israeli employees in relation to their payroll and will need to ensure timely action on employee payroll issues.
What will you do?
- Process monthly payroll
- Ownership of the Attendance system
- Serve as a point of contact for employees’ queries on all Payroll and Attendance related matters
- Data entry for new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, and any other payroll-related changes
- Reporting to provident funds
What do you need to succeed?
- Minimum 2 years experience with Hilan systems (payroll + attendance)
- Certified Payroll Accountant
- Knowledge of payroll processes, Israeli labor laws, and regulations
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Experience with MS Excel
- Accounting knowledge - Advantage
- Experience with Oracle system - advantage
