What You're About
- You have 1-3 years of experience as a manual Software QA, and strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- You master problem solving skills with the ability to come up with creative and innovative solutions to unfamiliar problems, helping you optimize your performance and have experience working on a SaaS product.
- You are passionate about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a strong team.
What You Will Do
- Learn and develop a deep understanding of the product and strategy
- Take part in planning and rollout of new features as they are released daily.
- Test efficiently, and ensure a high quality level for every release. Define, setup, and maintain testing environments.
- Perform tests to ensure system functionality, security, compatibility, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and proactively report bugs.
- Work closely with research, product, DevOps, and development teams in a fast-paced agile, and dynamic startup environment.
- Learn new security features, technologies, and platforms in a relatively short amount of time.
- Work with engineers and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution
- Partner with Automation and Infrastructure team to leverage automation to allow better reliability and scalability
