Responsibilities Overall management of the company’s IT & Cloud Operations department, including all engineering, security, support, and operations of IT and Cloud infrastructure, on-premises and in the multi-Cloud, building services for scalable, secure, and reliable usage Develop and implement XXX’s IT and Cloud technologies strategy, oversee the design and implementation, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships Manage the vision, design, and execution of cloud architecture and infrastructure, including security, compute, storage, and network systems for cloud hosting. Provide cloud hosting service management strategy, process, and procedures across the organization, working closely and in partnership with the Product House and Business organizations Lead a consistent, measurable process to operationalize and scale cloud-based strategic initiatives and execution Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards to maximize effectiveness and minimize costs related to the acquisition, implementation, and operation of IT and Cloud solutions Responsible for establishing, managing, and communicating the cyber security risk management standards and risk assessment lifecycle process Oversees incident response planning, the investigation of security breaches, and assists with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree required or equivalent work experience in the fields of IT, Cloud, and Security 10 to 15 years of solid experience working in medium to large global organizations with 7+ years in a senior IT management position with significant budget responsibility Highly collaborative with strong influencing skills, creative, resourceful, self-driven, and results-oriented with extensive experience driving the transition of infrastructure services to hybrid and public cloud services Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging across multiple cross functional teams Have developed organizational capabilities including people, process and technology necessary to enable long term objectives, to execute quickly and effectively while the big-picture business objectives and vision in mind Demonstrate disruptive thinking and agile leadership, to partner and co-drive a cross-functional cloud transformation in a dynamic environment Extensive experience in Cyber Security – a must Expert Project management skills Strong level of English, both verbal and written Passion for building teams, and mentoring engineering skills required for cloud operations at an enterprise scale
