We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Integrated Product Hardware Tester.
As part of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing hardware and software tests for multi-disciplinary products and embedded systems, according to specification documents and design requirements. Your role will involve documenting test results and identifying and resolving any defects to ensure high-quality and standards-compliant products.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, executing, and managing test cases within the test management system based on system requirements and specifications.
- Analyzing system behavior to plan tests effectively and investigating the root cause of any issues.
- Developing comprehensive test plans covering all possible scenarios.
- Performing system-level tests, including device, cloud, and application, to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conducting software and hardware testing for cloud-based and device applications.
- Writing Test Plan, STD, and STR documents.
- Effective communication with developers, IoT teams, system engineers, and testing teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in manual testing of multi-disciplinary systems preferably within the last two years.
- Knowledge and experience in writing Test Plans, STD, and STR documents.
- Knowledge and experience in testing synchronous and asynchronous interfaces.
- Experience with cloud-based testing
- Ability to execute database queries
- Wide-ranging experience in mobile testing, including iOS and Android applications (an advantage).
- Experience working with sniffers (an advantage)
- Experience working with Postman (an advantage).
- Experience working with test management tools like JIRA (an advantage)
- Knowledge of automation development (an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong technical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in English.
