9. Participate in the development & delivery of a unified global IT application & services portfolio & defining required regional or localized support models. 10. Identify, analyze, develop, & execute end-user training programs & maintenance of IT infrastructure & systems.
11. Provide support for Lab equipment & manufacturing systems., the internal audits, SOX, ITGC, & Cyber Security. 12. Firewall maintenance, configuration & training 13.
Provide support for Disaster Recovering & Business Continuity & maintain data backups *Requirements* 1. 5-10 years' experience as an IT Manager in a global biotechnology organization 2. Bachelor’s degree or 5-8 years of relevant business/industry work 3. Experience working in a GxP manufacturing environment 4.
Experience in IT Support for end users 5. Experience with Microsoft products and operating systems, Fortinet products and services, with Priority ERP system and global ERP implementations 6. Technical knowledge of a. Windows server, b.
