We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products. A background in business solutions products is preferred.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and strategy, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the product. The ability to deal with ambiguity and experience in breaking down features into user stories is essential.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Experience with B2C mobile apps and business solutions
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with agile development methodologies a plus
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and make sound decisions in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience breaking down features into user stories
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, business)
