Appnext discovery platform powers 6.5 billion daily app recommendations globally. An average user interacts with Appnext device-level app recommendations +20 times a day throughout his daily mobile journey.
Appnext is looking for an experienced HR manager to join the BU and lead the HR activities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide full HR support and consultant to employees and managers on their day-to-day activities
- Serve as a strategic partner to managers in highly sensitive, confidential and/or complex situations such as performers, high-potentials, feedbacks, communications etc.
- Responsible for formulating, implementing, and executing HR strategy and policies
- Assess and diagnose organizational effectiveness; design and develop interventions to drive improvements, Support management implanting organizational changes effectively
- Proactively partner with the business to identify and drive ways to improve employee engagement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in either Human Resources positions
- A master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Experienced in scaling HR operations
- Proven ability to build and lead an HR department, with hands-on experience in all facets of HR
- Comfortable in a rapid-growth environment and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities & and ambitious goals
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, Linkedin recruiter and GW
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Full Professional Proficiency in Hebrew and English
