Senior SW EngineerJob Description
As a senior sw engineer you will make an impact on the design, functionality, performance, and quality of our clinical software products. As part of your work, you are expected to drive innovation, develop new software, and solve technical problems. You will also work closely with Unit Manager and Scrum master as well as the entire software team members to promote our continuous improvement behavior.
Your role will include:
- Understanding and analyzing requirements
- Owning Software design (technical reviews and documentation)
- Exploring new technologies, tools, prototypes, and innovation concepts
- Mentoring students, Junior and other software engineers
- Contributing to effort estimation, risk, and breakdown of tasks
- Implementing Software code and follow coding guidelines and unit tests
- Demonstrating high level of problem-solving including defect investigations and fixing
- Presenting code for review and review other developer’s code
- Following defined engineering process and comply with quality and regulations rules
- Promoting domain knowledge, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
You're the right fit if you have:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science / Software engineering/ Information Systems
- 5+ years of experience as a SW engineer
- Proven high software engineering skills, both frontend and backend
- Proven experience in backend development using .Net/C#
- Proven experience in client-side development including angular2+ along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Wide technical knowledge with the ability to train others and learn from them
- Self-lerner who willing to take ownership, with a positive Can-Do approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency

- Familiar with Agile (SAFe) methodologies, tools and practices
