- Take a hands-on management approach to build and lead the full cycle project from planning to execution
- Manage high-profile clients by building and maintaining great relationships and taking ownership of client experience
- Coordinate project team activities and ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and project team members
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
- Develop and manage successful and useful interfaces across the company and elevate those connections into a supportive and problem-solving environment
- Collect and communicate the insights and challenges our team encounters from a product perspective in order to support the ongoing development of Wix products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)
- 3-5 years of B2B project management experience (high profile, international clients)
- Knowledge in Sales processes, working in SAAS product company - advantage.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and change management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with project management software and tools, such as Monday or Jira
- Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
