Moonshot is seeking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our iGaming team and manage our online projects.
Requirements:
- Oxford-level English is a must – written and verbal.
- Master in the art of sales.
- Hard worker, Multitasker, knows how to prioritize and identify opportunities.
- Experience and a strong will to work cross-functionally with other departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to attend conferences around the world 3-6 times a year
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and outbound sales
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Experience in managing large customer portfolios
- Great negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, experience working with
- Excel Pivots.
- Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
- Globally minded and comfortable working in different time zones.
- Experience leading projects/processes
- Experience working with affiliate networks
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - advantage
- Experience working with C level managers - advantage
- Experience working with a data visualization tool (Tableau) - advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Research, pursue, and develop new business relationships.
- Manage an eight-figure annual invoiced revenue portfolio.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including from commercial, financial and marketing aspects.
- Negotiate commercial terms while utilizing analytical data.
- Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities.
- Lead internal interfaces and operations in order to deliver upon customer requirements.
- Hands-on analysis to monitor site performance, and deriving necessary actions from the analysis
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development ( iGaming ), Customer Success or Account Management in an online marketing or Internet Company.
